My childhood hobby is my adulthood profession!
As a kid, I used to build dams on the creek in the backyard. Each version was better than the last until I finally built one which was designed to withstand being overtopped. In fact, I returned to my boyhood home after being away for 5 years and the final dam was still standing and pond it created gave evidence of permanence. In school, when other kids would draw doodles of horses or cartoons, I drew floor plans for houses. So what profession does dam designs and designs buildings? CIVIL ENGINEERING! I have my own firm, O C Engineering! If you want someone who really enjoys his work to do your project for you, I'm your man!
